Hello!

It's been a while since I last visited my deviantART account. Had a lot going in my life so I couldn't really update it anymore. It might not be best to write all that down in a journal entry, though. Let me just say that during the time I was away, I grew up quite a lot, figured out a lot of things in my life. Heh, that's what you're supposed to do in college, right?

So, I've decided to come back and clean up my account. I've moved all my old deviations to storage because I wanted to start fresh, instead of deleting the account and creating a new one. Another reason I came back is that I wanted to draw more ... having an account dedicated to just art seemed like a good idea! Also, one of my new year's resolutions this year is to draw more, so here I am. I've already drawn a bunch of stuff already so I'm going to upload those!

Anyway, enough of that. Time to get drawing!

Oh wow, it's been ages since I last logged in on deviantART. There's even a new logo and everything. Now I have to catch up on all the people I've watched! So much new art to see.

I've been so busy with university that I didn't even have time to draw much. But I do have some drawings. Maybe I should upload those soon. Ahh man, I miss DA! Glad to be back.

Hi! I thought I'd try a fancy new journal skin. I was getting tired of the old one.

So, it's well into the summer holidays now and I have plenty of spare time. Lately I've just been continuing the development of my game SEALED. It's going good so far, but it's still far from completion. I'll post screenshots as I create new cities, dialogue and especially cutscenes! Also, I'll be steadily pumping out the character profiles for each and every playable character. There's about 22 of them, so it'll take a while.

Also, I've opened up commissions if you haven't heard. I'd like to start earning my own income, so it will help greatly if you consider commissioning me or help spread the word! My info can be found here:
I've also made an account at Artists & Clients, which is a website that makes it easier and safer for artists to get payment for their commissioned work and for clients to get the art they pay for. I'll put up a link once my account has been verified.

Also, this month is NaGa DeMon (National Game Development Month) so I have some fresh motivation to keep going with my game. Also, E3 is around the corner! I can't wait for more information on Dragon Age Inquisition and the Sims 4.

xams are finally over! I can now return to playing games, drawing and exercising on a daily basis. No more late nights of stressful studying. Nothing can stop me from celebrating, not even when I discover my horrendous scores in a few days/weeks' time.

Summer

I'm going back to Indonesia for the summer, which means back to the slowest internet ever. It is very difficult to upload drawings using my home's crappy internet, so it may have to come down to me taking advantage of wifi in cafes and malls and stuff. How inconvenient. Good thing is, I'll be able to enjoy delicious cheap food again and of course, warmer weather! I'm tired of bundling up all the time. I wanna wear shorts again!

Sealed!

If you haven't played the demo for my game Sealed., you should do so now! I'm going to work even harder and faster on this game now that I have lots of free time (4 months!!!). My next goal is just to get the eventing and dialogue and the nitty gritty done. The special cutscene art and other creative aspects will wait until I finish the bulk of the game. Eventually, I might have to start collaborating with other artists/RPG creators and writers, but for now, it seems like it'll be a solo project.

t's been a really long time since I last updated my journal (several months!). To be honest, I don't really know what to write in these journals. Things have just been okay with me, I guess. University work is tough and I have to spend hours everyday just to finish homework like lab reports. I barely have time to study, let alone draw.

So, I've made it a goal to draw at least one thing every week! Starting next week, I guess. That means it could be anything from a doodle to a full blown piece of art! Adding a solid, systematic schedule to a creative process can do wonders.

Bravely Default!

A game with a strange title, but it's a good game nonetheless. It's an amazing game actually! I couldn't stop playing it. I like how you can rename your special moves and make it sound super cool or super corny hahaha! If you own a 3DS and need the perfect JRPG fix, Bravely Default is the way to go. I hope I can make more fan art in the near future.
